Yoga includes a wide ranges of components to serve your whole being. Yoga therapy is the specific application of the various components of yoga customized to meet your individual needs. Many folks come to yoga therapy for physical complaints (like back pain, restrictive movement, direction on building strength or balance, etc.) or for physiological conditions (such as stress management, digestive issues, etc.). The purpose of yoga therapy is to combine a the best tools of yoga with your specific needs and goals.

Kim has been trained as a yoga therapist, including over 500hours of training in yoga therapy as well as 100+ hours working with individuals with various conditions. Kim’s training focused on developing assessment skills to help the client identify areas of desired change and a broad range of yoga tools to match individual needs. Every person is unique, therefor receives a unique treatment plan.

Each yoga therapy session includes assessment of your current condition and personal goals for transformation.
