What is coaching?

Coaching sessions are where you work with the coach (Kim Allen) to help clarify areas where you're feeling stuck or where you want to make some changes. Coaching is action oriented. The coach will help you create a clear picture of what is most important to you, a plan for where you want to go, and doable steps you can take to move forward. Wellness coaching includes all components of your life.

Coaching is not mental health therapy (like talk therapy or CBT). The coach will use tools from psychology to help you better understand what you want to change, why it's important for you, what's getting in your way, and what resources you have to help you achieve your goals.

The skill set for coaching includes reflective listening, identifying barriers, and helping you define what is important to you! You are the expert in your life. The coach focuses on helping you make a plan to change that works best for you.

How many coaching sessions do I need?

Coaching sessions are set up as a set of 4 for a total cost of $300. Meetings can be set for face-to-face or over the phone. Schedule your first coaching session HERE.
