What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy can be used to manage symptoms of chronic physical conditions, physiological issues, psychological stress, injury prevention, and other issues.  A combination of yoga components – movement, breathing, sound, ritual, and meditation – are adapted to meet your specific needs.  I am a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists

Sessions include personal assessment of your current condition and personal goals for transformation.  You receive a personalized practice (written or audio) at the end of each session.
