Wellness encompasses the whole self. Group presentations and team building workshops are available on wellness topics such as stress management, listening skills, and mindfulness.
Kim Allen has trained in mindfulness meditation with Jon Kabat-Zinn and completed her Master’s Degree thesis utilizing the MBSR protocol. Kim has been a practitioner of mindfulness since 1998. She feels that this practice is an excellent way to center oneself in a fast-paced, over stimulated, information-filled life.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a way of creating a clear vision and personal goals then building upon strengths, making a plan for overcoming barriers, and continually building toward the vision. Coaching sessions involve a conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached). The intent of the conversation is on helping the coachee discover answers that lead to successful change. Coaching skills are especially helpful when the individual seeking assistance is struggling to change habits, feeling stuck, and/or in need of objective feedback.

To support the coaching process and promote long term change, first time coachees commit to 4 sessions (cost is $200). First sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes with the follow up sessions schedule for 30 minutes each. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (to be determined at the first session). The coach is available for support between the scheduled sessions. Coaching sessions can be completed in-person or via phone/web.
